Before entering the real-estate industry, Barry Twynam experienced a broad range of practical life situations. He served in the Canadian Armed Forces in numerous locations including Germany, Cyprus, Alert, and most of the Canadian provinces. Through his travels, Barry learned the importance of developing people skills, a quality that serves him well every day in the business world.

Barry retired from the military in 1996 as a Structural Technician and began transferring his job skills to the renovation of real property --  for personal and investment purposes. During this time period, Barry found a new niche as a real estate agent and continues to build his repertoire of insight into the market to better help his clients succeed in their real estate transactions and experiences.

One of six children raised in Montreal, in his leisure time Barry enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife of 30 years, Paulette, and his charming daughter Devan Paige. He also enjoys tending to his salt water reef aquarium -- a lesson in the fragile nature of the eco-system.

Keeping it all in perspective, Barry's friendly manner is a breath of fresh air in today's marketplace.
